Local CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview
- Strong pay, close to home. Drivers earn up to $88,400 per year, ranging from $1,600 – $1,700 per week*, running local routes with early and mid-morning start times and shifts averaging around 8 hours.
- Home every day. This is a true local position with consistent start times and a schedule built around getting you back home at the end of each day.
- Consistent miles in local lanes. Run 1,800–2,100 miles per week on established local routes. Lanes are subject to change based on customer growth.
- Shifts that fit your life. Expect 6–12 hour shifts with an average of 8 hours. Early and mid-morning start times keep your days predictable.
- Freight that flows. Run 100% no-touch freight, keeping things clean and efficient on every stop.
- Flexible scheduling required. Freight may run on weekends — drivers must be available and flexible with scheduling.
